FAQ
One License (no matter if it is the free or professional license) allows you to use one device. If you require additional devices, please reach out to us for additional licenses.
No problem, you can continue to use any license keys associated with your viewneo account for players and Plugins as usual. The remaining value of your licenses will be converted into credit, which can be used for Plugins or licenses.
If you already use viewneo Professional and have one or more active licenses, then there will not be any changes to your account.
When you make any changes to your account by adding additional Plugins or licenses then your account will be changed to the new subscription model.
Additionally, you will now be able to select between making payments monthly or annually.
The viewneo Enterprise solution is valid for up to 100 licenses. If you are interested in a large project or want assistance in designing a unique individual solution, please contact us directly.
