What contboxx is
contboxx is a content platform with ready-made, self-updating channels for digital signage screens: more than 35 content channels in 12 categories and 15 languages, plus over 100 interactive games. The new contboxx platform goes live at contboxx.com at the end of October 2026. Instead of designing and refreshing content by hand, you pick a channel and it keeps itself current automatically.
Channels for every screen
Each channel is built to run without upkeep. The categories cover news, weather, departure boards, business, sports, entertainment, science and tech, environment and nature, health, lifestyle and industry topics — all formatted and ready for a signage screen from the first minute. Interactive games — quizzes, board games and fairground classics — give visitors in waiting areas something to do on a touch screen.
Plans and pricing
contboxx has four plans:
- Free — all content channels, 100 API requests per day, one API key, no time limit
- Starter — for single locations and small networks, interactive games included
- Professional — for growing networks with several locations
- Enterprise — for large networks with individual requirements, on request

How it works
Using contboxx takes three steps: choose a channel, drag it into a viewneo playlist, and it updates itself from then on. contboxx delivers each channel as an HTML widget, RSS feed or JSON API, so there is no file to re-upload and no schedule to maintain — the channel refreshes its own content in the background, so the screen always shows something current.
