AI content in viewneo is a set of generation tools built into the cloud CMS: describe what a screen needs in a short prompt, and viewneo creates an image that is ready to drop into a playlist. There is no separate app to open and no design skills required — the prompt field sits next to the content you already manage.

Right now, viewneo generates images from a prompt; the AI does not write texts. A store manager can ask for a seasonal offer and get a finished visual in the house colours; a facilities team can describe a short notice and get a clean, legible image for it; an events team can describe tonight’s announcement and have a ready image in under a minute. Each result lands in the media library like any uploaded file, so it can be edited, reused, or scheduled the same way.

The next step goes further: describe what should be on the screen, and viewneo will build the layout, the image, and the text together, in a single step, instead of generating them separately. This is coming soon and will roll out to the same plans that include today’s AI features — no new subscription or extra sign-up needed when it arrives.

Creating a piece of content takes three steps: enter a prompt describing what you need, check the result and adjust the prompt, colours, or details, then drag it straight into a playlist. It behaves like any other content item from that point on — scheduled, replaced, or reused across screens.

The AI features are operated in line with the GDPR. Prompts and the content they produce are not used for advertising. As the underlying provider is finalised, further detail on where processing takes place will be added to the privacy policy.
